Same when we did the contract with the accounting person. She was professional, offered, but didn't push things like warranty and no extra stupid paperwork like some dealerships push, just the legal sales contract. As an ex-fleet manager and manager of engineering and maintenance for a major transit company I really appreciated the professionalism. I get so tired of the silly dealer sales tricks and up selling. Only weird thing was the used car manager asking if I would give them the original radio out of the trade-in. I had replaced it with a much higher end Kenwood unit complete with hands free Bluetooth. Kind of an amateurish request on a deal like this. More

Not their problem..The salesperson Judy managed to get 20% discount. The tire manufacturer says tge vehicle has an alignment issue and needs to be fixed. Now how is going to own up to the vehicle in its first year of service???????? More

Perfect for my hauling needs for one year.. Next traded in the truck for a Grand Caravan "Black Top" edition and love it. He tried , and succeeded in bringing down our monthly payment by $250.00 we have now a new vehicle. More
