AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! 24-38% interest rates on a car LEASE not financed..LEASED. They limit your kilometers, have the ability to "disable" your car, and refuse to return security deposits. I gave them a $1005.00 REFUNDABLE deposit and they are refusing to return it because I signed a virtual agreement. Im a single mom fleaing domestic violence and was desperate for a car so I reluctantly signed VIRTUALLY with out stepping foot into the dealership or seeing the car...theyre refusing to return my deposit because "they can"...most other companies would return a deposit in this situation as per OMVIC guidlines.. but not these money hungry people. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting over a week to find out if I get my deposit back after signing a contract but backing out due to my lawyers advice. I didn't want to write this review, but it's necessary because I don't want others to be sucked into a gimic like this. More
