great I'm in my third lease with Ezze Credit and would not go any where else.A few months ago my health started to fail I realized that I would have to cut I'm in my third lease with Ezze Credit and would not go any where else.A few months ago my health started to fail I realized that I would have to cut back and I thought my car would have to go. I called Ezze and left a message for my sales person to call me back. I received a call back from Cassandra she explained that my sales person was no longer with the company but she was sure she could help me what ever the problem was. I explained the situation to her, Cassandra told me she was sure they could help. The next day Cassandra called me back and asked if I could pick a lower payment. Cassandra explained she could lower my payments for the next three months.The payment I picked was almost half my regular payment and the new payment started the following Friday. I'm able to keep the car with Cassandra's and Ezze Credits help. This week I received a call from Cassandra just to say hi and see how I was feeling that's more than some of my family have done. When I'm ready for my next lease I will be going back to Ezze Credit, I like dealing with a company that makes me feel like family . More

From the beginnin I was shopping around for car to lease back in July 2014. I eventually went to EZ Credit / Action Auto Leasing. I am so happy I did. From the beginning, they treated me respectfully and found me a car that was perfect for my needs. Not only that, they offered me the best lease package available. Along the way, they were extremely helpful in adjusting my lease to accommodate for my increased mileage. Recently, I was transferred overseas and needed to terminate my contract. I was amazed at how helpful the staff were and how they supported me with this transition. I can't thank them enough for the great vehicle, lease and service. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future and whole heartedly recommend them for a lease!!! More

Mark Bailey Mark is gutless. The dealership is a horrible place to deal with. They track your miles. If you go out of the country the will shut your automobile of Mark is gutless. I am 100% sure they rolled back the km on the car before we bought it? They also didn't disclose that the car was in accident before we purchase it. Purchased the car with 68k on it only has 125k now... We have had to put $4200 in repairs into it. The car I got had numerous problems in the beginning. The manager Mark Bailey never returns phone calls/emails. Customer service is absolutely horrible.
