Lease return I was put in a big spot when my daughter informed me she wasn't coming home from school. There I was with two cars and only me to drive them. Not much we can say, Honest dealer with the best service! My wife doesn\'t have credit and mine is terrible, so we tried our luck with EZEE CREDIT. We met with Moe first, he was very helpful and explained to us what Ezee Credit was all about, he got us approved with Mazda Tribute and we actually said ok we will take it, but we didn\'t have the money to deposit on hand so we told him we\'ll be back. then we decided to just hold off for awhile just because it was only 5 seater and that we needed 7 seater as we have me and my wife and our 4 kids. then few weeks later Cristiana Carovillano called us back and told us to see her as she might be able to help us get a 7 seater and sure enough, she made it happen for us. She got us approved for Orlando LT which is 7 seater. Not my car of choice but eh, if u don\'t have the best credit in the world then sometimes u just have to suck it up… but honestly, I\'m actually loving our new ride.. very smooth and great on gas.____THANK YOU so much Cristiana for helping us get our new ride CHEVY ORLANDO LT. not our kind of brand in cars but u know what, we actually love our new car. Nothing but issues Got a car in 20q4. I picked t up at night so I didn't notice the chip and crack in tbe windshield or that be driver's side visor was broke. Called ri Got a car in 20q4. Called right away and told them the two issues they called me back said they would tKe care of it and acted like they were doing me a huge favor. I dropped the car off to get the issues take care of . I took w0 minutes to find anyone who know why I was there. Finally got someone then they said they knew nothing about the visor. The manager does not return calls. You have to ge permisson to go over the border. You pay all this money for a vehicle and they act like it isn't yours. It has been just over a year and I'm buying a vehicle from a real dealeship and again Action and marc are giving me nothing but problems. It took a long time, lots of calls and emails to get the payout. Then I had to return the vehicle to London to get the gps out of it. They insisted that only I could bring it in. They said it could be two hours. I made an appintment came into town then was told it was going to take 4 bours bc they were just fitting it in when they could. I ended up losing almost a whole days pay. So glad to be rid of these clowns. More
