The honestly, courtesy, and overall friendliness of Moe and Marc, really helped me understand my credit situation, and what I was eligible to get in terms of a new vehicle. Although the Chevy Cruze wasn't my first choice, I am pleased with my decision and very pleased with the overall quality of the vehicle and warranty that Action set me up with. Moe was AWESOME to deal with as he was to the point, and honest with everything. He broke everything down for me (being that this was my first time buying a vehicle) and answered all of my questions simply and professionally. I never felt pressured from him during the entire process. Marc was also AWESOME, and his many years of experience helped me as well with understanding my credit. Both were very trustworthy, and allowed me to check out vehicles at my own pace. The only downfall was that I was never really able to "test-drive" my vehicle before signing anything...I basically relied on their word and trusted them with the vehicles history and overall track record; however, I am VERY pleased with the car as it's equipment fits my needs, and it's peppy and fun to drive. Thanks again Moe and Marc for FINALLY setting me up with a reliable vehicle. When I thought all hope was lost, these guys figured it out and got me in a car that will last me (at least) until I'm ready for an upgrade! More

I ran into a personal snag with the ministry and they still went above and beyond to ensure I would have my vehicle as fast as I could and treat me with the utmost respect and I left feeling confident and comfortable. Everyone from detailing to delivery to financing was fast professional and easy to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone. More

Great experience We were at a breaking point with trying to get by on used Kijiji cars, and after the latest one where we were ripped off big time I made the choice to We were at a breaking point with trying to get by on used Kijiji cars, and after the latest one where we were ripped off big time I made the choice to just bite the bullet and get a newer vehicle. We have a unique employment situation that most lenders might shy away from initially because we have basically no living expenses like rent, hydro and water. Once my employer provided this information along with my income Christiana went to work to see what we could comfortably afford to take on. In the end I walked away with a 2013 low kilometer vehicle that I am finally proud to drive. It has a newer generation engine of a old and trustworthy 2.4l Chrysler that I have always liked. I must admit that we did feel like we were important to Action, we expected to be treated much worse to be honest. When a minor problem did arise we were treated with dignity and the issue was quickly resolved with no cost to us. In the end we are happy that we made the choice to approach Action and Christiana. More
