Got what I wanted with no issues! I've been trying to get a new vehicle for my family for a few months now, but was not successful in any way/shape or form. My last vehicle was too small for my family, and I am a hunter by hobby. Rob was able to work with me on getting an approval for a vehicle that just *worked* for my budget, and lifestyle. He was thorough, told me all my options when they came up, just incase, and I had no issues. Long story short, he was able to approve me for a vehicle I've been pining for, for about 4 years or so . I was actually referred to him through a friend, so that ALONE tell you how awesome he is at getting the job done. Communication is always open, and they are willing to speak with your insurance directly incase there are hiccups. Because this was my first SUV, I ran into issues because I was really excited and impatient, but they were understanding and worked as a TEAM. I'm definitely passing around Rob's business cards to my friends who are looking to upgrade their vehicle. Rob definitely knows his stuff, and how to make things work!!! More
