I am now a 2x customer with ezee credit! My first experience was great but my 2nd was outstanding! My first vehicle was a 2015 dodge journey! I had terrible credit and they were the only company that offered me a very nice car with very low KM in excellent condition and made me feel like I deserved to have something nice! I then got into a very bad car accident on the 401 and totaled the dodge journey due to sever weather conditions! Christiana reached out to me and my family members not to try to sell me another car but to make sure I was safe and not hurt! She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that when I was ready they would make sure I got into another car ASAPas I mentioned I was worried I wouldn’t qualify for another car due to my credit being worse off and still owing a large amount on my car loan for the journey. Ezee credit went to bat for me and battled with my insurance company for a maximum payout to ensure my car loan would be almost completely paid off! Christiana kept in contact with me for 2 weeks to help me chose a truck of my dream! They didn’t force me into a vehicle I didn’t like she was patient when I changed my mind a zillion times and really listened to my needs! She went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted! Their ezee pay program is absolutely amazing I didn’t have any downpayment but they offer your first few payments to go towards the downpayment and spilt up over a few months which really helps people like myself who are on tight budget!they pay attention to the quality of their vehicles and make sure they are 100 percent before they leave their lot! I am super happy and would highly recommend them to anyone!! they care about their customers and that’s hard to find in the car dealership community! Well to be honest with you they repoed my car because of paperwork that I didn't submit but for some reason nobody actually inputed the proper stuff on my file and they repoed my car based off of my insuran paperwork that I didn't submit but for some reason nobody actually inputed the proper stuff on my file and they repoed my car based off of my insurance from my other car that I had with them. No one in the office seems to want to take responsibility for this issue they keep on trying to change the issue and everything. Honestly worst experience I've ever had with them 5 years I was with them and because I didn't respond within the two days they repoed my car. co signed for a car from these guys for my daughter. They leased her a Nissan Sentra. The transmission went at around 115 000 km. She brought it back, they didn't fix it, and told her to pay for it. They were willing to get her into another car, and add this "debt" to the new car total. (new car also also known for transmission issues) They stopped taking payments from her account, then put a $16000 debt against my wife's credit rating for co signing on a lemon car that they stopped talking payment for. They even got their car back,and there was only 6 grand owed when they stopped taking the payments. Majority of the cars on their lot are problematic lemons due to issues like cvt transmission, and other stuff that should be recalled. So beware, dont buy a lemon from them. The only thing they have that's good is a legal team. Get bent, ezee credit. They spell it ezee because it's not easy. They contacted us about my previous review and threatened legal action, so I took my review down, as there was nothing against my wife's credit rating at the time. There is now, so my review stands. They will not fix your credit, they are predators. Beware! More
