This dealership is a nightmare I bought a car through this dealership and had it for 3 years, this dealership is a nightmare! They make everything so incredibly difficult especially I bought a car through this dealership and had it for 3 years, this dealership is a nightmare! They make everything so incredibly difficult especially when you want to pay your vehicle IN FULL! I will never ever do business with this company again, what a headache. The manager Mark Baily is a condescending xxxxxx and shouldn't be dealing with the public, he clearly hates his job, he's so rude, interrupts you when you're talking, when this dealership received my payment in full for my car, they failed to call me and advise me of this, I needed my ownership transferred into my name after they received their payment, they took their sweet time, I had to call them on a regular basis to get them to do their JOB! It's not like they're so busy because when I went to get my ownership after having to harass them about it, one employee was sitting at his desk with headphones in playing on his phone. Real professional! More

My sales person took the time to explain the entire process of leasing a used vehicle. I moved from Newfoundland and within a week my financing was approved, all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The contact I received through email, telephone and via text wasn't comparable to any other experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. I was provided with information on obtaining an Ontario Drivers License and directions to the motor vehicle registration office and was also informed of the information needed to make the change over. I was picked up at my house to view the vehicle and was delivered in a timely manner. Phenomenal experience. Would recommend Frank Szedetzki to all my friends and family for outstanding service. More
