We bought our first Hyundai from the dealership about 20 years ago and have been using ever since for both servicing and new vehicle purchases. The service department seems to have really "upped its game" in the last 1 1/2 to 2 years. Feel they pay more attention to the customer and now that I am on my own, appreciate their advice and consideration. But you can't beat that free car wash ( service rep said just a spray-off - looks better than when I go through the brushless) at the end of the servide appointment. I drove out feeling like a million bucks! More

The Sales Consultant, Andrew MacLaren, was knowledgeable and very timely in responses via email, phone and texts. We had a fair negotiation and an outcome I was satisfied with. The dealership had a good vibe with lots of smiling faces. Left with the new Kona with the feeling that I was well served and will be well looked after. More
