My husband and I just recently purchased a brand new lovely shiny white 2023 GMC 2500 HD Denali from Ernie Dean Chevrolet. I have personally dealt with Ryan myself when I purchased my own 2019 GMC Sierra 2 years ago which was why my husband wanted to deal with him this time. I was at Ernie Dean a month or so ago getting an oil change on my 2019 GMC and took the opportunity to chat with Ryan while I was waiting. I mentioned to him that my husband was looking for either an AT4 or other high end GMC Denali or Sierra model and he mentioned that they can be hard to come by but he will keep an eye out for one. Sure enough,..within 2 weeks I got an email from him advising that they had one on the lot that was looking for a new owner as apparently someone wanted it and then changed their mind. So,..within 48 hours,...the deal was signed and it is now sitting proudly in our driveway. When we went to look at the truck for the first time, Ryan already had it out sitting in the viewing area ready for us to take a look at and wanted our opinion. My husband immediately told him that he had just "sold the truck" !! The entire deal was explained to us,..and was made very easy and stress free by Ryan. I find Ryan to be very professional,..extremely friendly,...and was willing to help with anything there was in order to make the deal possible for us.
