Easy to work with I was in for recall work on my 2017 (Erinwood) Ford F150.. and while waiting for the service to be done I spoke with Lukasz Dulny about upgrading my r I was in for recall work on my 2017 (Erinwood) Ford F150.. and while waiting for the service to be done I spoke with Lukasz Dulny about upgrading my ride to a new 2020. He outlined the program, put some numbers together, checked inventory and in no time I had a new truck. He was polite,professional, he knew the product and made the deal happen. It was actually fun. Great service as usual from the people at Erinwood Ford. This was my 3rd purchase from this dealership in 3 years. There's a reason we come here to buy and for service. More

November 19, 2019 After driving an hour and a half to take my truck in to get repairs at a day and time picked by the assistant service manager (9:30 am), I find out th After driving an hour and a half to take my truck in to get repairs at a day and time picked by the assistant service manager (9:30 am), I find out the following day, after no response to email to assistant service manager and a couple phone calls, that my truck was still sitting outside in the rain and hadn't been touched and they didn't know when it would be completed. Totally unorganized service department. I ended up going back (another 3 hrs driving both ways) and picked up my truck and will take it somewhere else to get fixed. You would think that since I had purchased the vehicle there and that I was dealing directly with the assistant service manager because of a previous bad experience, that they would have made the effort to get things done the way they promised but nooooooooooo, the management of this dealership couldn't give a rats. Won't buy another vehicle here nor have anything else to do with this dealership going forward and my suggestion is for others to do the same. More

My car was giving me some problems I couldn't figure out so I brought it in. Upon my arrival Martin escorted me to the service department where I not only got my car fixed up I even got a loaner car to acco so I brought it in.
