When I was on site, with his great patience and friendly manner, again, he answered my questions and concerns in all the details, thanks to his more than 10-year experience in the business. Once again I'm impressed! Nothing is worse than buying a vehicle and having issues after it gets home. Driving a rental for 7months now while paying for a bnc My story bargain in first week of June 2015 when my car got flooded booth it end of May took it to service they had no clue what to do with it. After 2 months they took it apart sealed it and spread with chemicals. I was told if they is a smells like the chemical they will try to get me a new car. That was back in September /October. So it was approved we were gonna get our car begining of November. It arrived after 4 weeks they told us the car have not all the things we payed for which was the moon roof. Middle of January we received a call from our sales person not from our service guy that we dealt with since June 2015 and left several messages that have been not answered stating the car now shoul arrive in the first week of February !!!!'SHOULD in big letters as we don't trust them one bit!!!!!!! We were gonna buy a f150 not any more worse experience ever with ford!!! N More

Do you hear what I hear Had appointment for installation of winter tires/wheels and to have passenger door wind/road noise checked on our 2015 Ford Escape. Mentioned to the service advisor(Gillian) of a hissing type noise also, coming from the interior and if it also could be looked at while they had the vehicle. Was not expecting much to be done with these noise issues other than "we could not hear anything" line. Gillian called to say they had found and fixed both noise issues.
