I gave Erinwood Ford a five because of Doug Keen. I bough a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat used from another dealer. Over the years I have had some specific "asks" for Brad and Martin and they always deliver. They even think of things I hadn't. Somehow these magicians pulled Lightning out of a hat. I live in Mississauga and have a Ford Bronco Wildtrak Sasquatch. I came in for my first service and pulled into the drive through with my young daughter. She also asked my daughter how she was and if she liked riding in a Broncosaurus! Nice of her. I met Pete in service, and we discussed what was to be done and the rough wait time.
