Erinwood Ford - Service Centre

Don't Trust Them! Took my 2013 Ford Focus in for a Warranty Covered Transmission recall and was informed that my no obvious concerns car was desperately in need of $170 Took my 2013 Ford Focus in for a Warranty Covered Transmission recall and was informed that my no obvious concerns car was desperately in need of $1700 in repairs. Warranty work did need to be done (also tech said 5 others he saw that day needed to be done too and they would book me in next wk). I refused the EXTRA repairs and took it to a local mechanic who found one major issue. He said it is VERY UNCOMMON for that part to go naturally on a car this age (Gasket appeared to be torn). Total repair cost including oil change $400. Called Ford to complain and they told me to take it back to them and say these exact words "Ford Canada has instructed me to tell you that I am here for Warranty Work ONLY". If I ever have to go back to this dealership for warranty work I will take it to another mechanic first for a once over. More

Lunch break again? Second time I have brought my vehicle in for service and have had an issue. Regardless of the wear on the tires, do NOT indicate that a service has been completed when it hasn't. Both recent visits, my vehicle was finished within a timely manner, but my service person was "on lunch" and hadn't "gotten around to calling me yet". (Direct quote) Is it not possible for another person to make calls when vehicles are ready? Today it was 2 hours for an oil change and only because I saw my vehicle in the lot did I know it was done. I am not pleased with the service, and although the building is beautiful, I'll likely purchase my next vehicle elsewhere. More

He showed me many options and did his best to give me the best deal he possibly could. I did not feel any pressure to make a hard decision. To this day i still feel like a got a great deal and am very satisfied with the car and the entire process of purchasing it. Fantastic experience with exceptional customer service. I called in at 6:00pm for service during the Christmas rush as I needed to get my car fixed in order to get to work the next day. The next morning I I called in at 6:00pm for service during the Christmas rush as I needed to get my car fixed in order to get to work the next day. The next morning I dropped my car off to Chris Scott who was extremely helpful and was able to fit me in and offered to have the shuttle take me to work. 3 hours later my car was done and ready for the road. This all happened while the service department was working at full capacity. Thanks so much to Erinwood Ford, and especially Chris Scott for helping me get out of my bind and back on the road. Wash the cap before installing? I bought a used truck from Erinwood Ford in June. The truck had a CTC cap on but needed a light replaced to pass the safety. The cover was removed an I bought a used truck from Erinwood Ford in June. The truck had a CTC cap on but needed a light replaced to pass the safety. The cover was removed and I took the truck home in June. Today I brought my truck back to have the cap installed. It took about two and a half hours to install and when I asked about having the cap washed as it had been stored somewhere in the shop for three months, I was told that was not his job and to contact my salesman. Not my idea of good customer service. More
