It’s all in the details Planning on taking my (fairly) new Ford Escape to Florida, I went to Erinwood Ford to ask about getting my car detailed. Met up with Martin..who had s Planning on taking my (fairly) new Ford Escape to Florida, I went to Erinwood Ford to ask about getting my car detailed. Met up with Martin..who had sold me the Escape. Talked with him for a few minutes, and asked how it worked and how much. Martin said, "Let me see what i can do for you.." and left. After a few minutes, he told me to speak with Joe in service. I went over, and Joe just said to leave it with him. I did, and took a seat. My Escape came back..2h or so later..BEAUTIFUL!! And it had been filthy.. I asked Joe how much, and he said it was on Erinwood!! Never heard of a dealerships taking care of a customer like this..AFTER a car had been bought! Martin and Joe really looked after me. Really appreciated their help, and friendliness, through all this!! More

Salesman doing more than sales..WHAT A SURPRISE! Came in for an oil change on my 2018 Ford Fusion..gave my key to Peter. Talked with Martin..mentioned that i was having issues with some drifting, and Came in for an oil change on my 2018 Ford Fusion..gave my key to Peter. Talked with Martin..mentioned that i was having issues with some drifting, and also wanted to know if i could disable my reminder horn. Martin took it upon himself to make sure he helped with some things we talked about. He was sure we couldn't disable the reminder horn. He connected me with Barry to check on the tires/alignment and the horn..and i got some great help! Barry was quick and excellent!! He immediately told me No on the reminder horn (fine) and looked at my tires, telling me that i was getting sliding/drifting because of the wear on my tires..and would need to replace them soon. All of that, and i got out of there in like just over 1h!! Great work..that helped me get on with my day! Martin REALLY took care of me! Connecting me with Barry helped me feel more confident with my Fusion going forward More
