The financing process was also smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the expertise of the finance team, Joseph Castelluccio and Carol Buckwald. They were both transparent about all costs and fees, and worked hard to ensure that I received a fair deal. They took the time to explain all of my financing options and answer any questions that I had, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. Once the paperwork was complete, the team at Erinwood Ford made sure that my new F150 was ready for me to drive off the lot. They walked me through all of the features and controls, and even took the time to sync my phone to the truck's infotainment system. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience purchasing a new Ford F150 from Erinwood Ford. I purchased my first truck from Mark Maguire at Erinwood Ford. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time to answer all of my questions. He was very honest and helped my pick out the options that I would truly need on my truck, and did his best to dissuade me from some of the more gimmicky options that I originally thought I needed. In fact, for some of the mechanical questions that Mark couldn't answer he brought me to talk with the Dan Zabukovec (Shop Foreman), who's knowledge about F 150's is unmatched. I spoke at length with Dan about engine options, brakes, wheels and maintenance. Mark scheduled a test drive for my family (Wife and 3 kids) to see how the truck would work for our life/family. Mark was transparent when I placed my order and talked me though some possible delays due to the supply chain issues. However, I'm happy to say that I got my truck faster than anticipated plus my truck was built with features that were not expected at the time of order (heated steering wheel, etc.). I couldn't be happier with my experience. I trust Mark and Dan implicitly. In the future if I need a new truck Mark will be my first call and all of my maintenance on my current truck will be done by Dan without question. Finally, on delivery I spent some time with Mark's son Michael. He's a chip off the old block. If you deal with either Mark or Michael you wont be disappointed.
