He was patient throughout our multiple visits to the dealership, and not once did we feel pressured. This was the first new car we've ever bought, and all of our expectations were exceeded. We've already recommended to our friends to give Lem and the team at Erinwood a visit, and highly recommend anyone else in the market to stop by too! More
My aunt was looking for a new car. Erinwood Ford had been recommended to my dad by someone who has a friend that works there. My dad, aunt and I went down on a Thursday night with the intention of looking an recommended to my dad by someone who has a friend that works there. My dad, aunt and I went down on a Thursday night with the intention of looking and test driving a Ford Focus. By the end of the night my aunt had bought the car. We went back on the Monday night to pick it up and ended up looking for a car for my mom as well. We back a few days later and test drove some of the cars she liked. Again, we went with the intention to look and ended up buying her car the same night. I needed a car also so my dad and I went online to see some of the used cars they had and found a perfect one for me. We emailed them and they held it for us until we could go take a look at it. We went to look at it and liked what we saw. so I bought it. Needless to say, my family bought 3 cars in 2 weeks. The customer service was great there. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the second we walked through the doors we felt like family. We bought the 3 cars through Graham Townsend and was very helpful and very informative about everything. Any questions we had he answered honestly and made us feel comfortable. If you need anything, Graham is the guy to go to. More
I bought my 2014 Shelby from Erinwood, My Salesman was Doug Keen. 2 years ago I bought my wife’s Escape from Doug and called him when I was ready for my toy. When Doug answered the phone just by saying Doug Keen. 2 years ago I bought my wife’s Escape from Doug and called him when I was ready for my toy. When Doug answered the phone just by saying my name he immediately remembered me, even after two years. He asked if everything was ok with the wife’s escape, I said yes she loves it. I bought one car from him two years ago and he remembered everything about me, making me feel very good and at ease. He was a pleasure to deal with he was Not pushy very patient and explained everything in great detail. I really like dealing with Doug and will defiantly call him for my next Ford. More

My visit to Erinwood Ford was my second in two years to upgrade my vehicle. I have only the best to say about the people at the used car dealership. The one area of customer service I feel let me down was upgrade my vehicle. I have only the best to say about the people at the used car dealership. The one area of customer service I feel let me down was in the Detailing Dept. The vehicle I bought had a cap on and a bed liner installed. When I first arrived for the delivery the bed liner was very dirty and it was very upsetting. Habib, speaking to the manager, quickly arranged another appointment to have the vehicle cleaned properly. The outside and interior were done over real nice but once again the bedliner failed to meet my expectations. If one just hose‘s out the bedliner and without brushing off the dirt it is still there after the water dries. The bedliner should have been treated to look black and clean. I'm sorry that the workmanship at this detailing dept should taint the whole experience. My best to Habib who went beyond all expectations to have a bad job put right. More

I chose to buy my new Ford at Erinwood after doing considerable research, both online and by visiting other Ford dealers in the GTA. Dave at Erinwood was responsive to my emails and was easy to work w considerable research, both online and by visiting other Ford dealers in the GTA. Dave at Erinwood was responsive to my emails and was easy to work with. The price quoted on their website was the best in the GTA and I did not feel I needed to try and haggle over the price as a result. No free gas card, no complimentary repairs for 3 years, just a fair price for the car I wanted. I drove across the city to make the deal at Erinwood. More
I was looking for a brand new f150 and decided to first shop online and get the best price before going to the dealership. Dave G. immediately gave me the lowest quote but did not pressure or harass me. Ba shop online and get the best price before going to the dealership. Dave G. immediately gave me the lowest quote but did not pressure or harass me. Basically let me make my mind up and was there to address all my questions with great professionalism and friendliness. He made sure the truck was prepped and synced my phone with the truck and gave me an intro into all the options on the truck. Ashok was the business manager and extended warranty specialist. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a misunderstanding during the sign off process but Ashok went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our experience. He really made a difference when it counted. This is one dealership that wants happy customers and goes out to make sure they are. More
In April 2010 my wife and I decided we wanted to purchase a new toy for ourselves, we looked around and decided to by a "Little Pony" aka a 2010 ford mustang convertible. Upon looking around at area dealersh a new toy for ourselves, we looked around and decided to by a "Little Pony" aka a 2010 ford mustang convertible. Upon looking around at area dealerships (we are from Barrie Ontario) we can across Erinwood Ford on line and liked the price we saw and the color "Kona Blue". We decided to head down and do a deal. We got a great price and wanting to make sure our Little Pony was around a long time we listened intensely to what our sales person had to say. We opted for the extended maintenance program which has been great. We have brought the Pony if for regular service as often as possible and have gotten more then our money's worth. Our sales person also recommended we purchase "CM300" which is a magic rust protector that guarantees the car will never rust and says right in the contract clearly marked "surface rust". "For only $500 you little Pony will never rust!" So wanted to keep our new toy around for a long time we bit, and so the story sours :{ On April 9th 2013 I noticed went to take our little pony for a spin and noticed bubbling of rust on the front hood. In disbelief we ran the car down to our local dealership "Barrie Ford" who we take our cars "we own two fords" for regular service. Upon looking at the new bubbling rust at the front of our pony, exclaimed "you bought the accessory from Erinwood, it's their problem. We can home a little disappointed and promptly called Erinwood Ford. Where a pleasant young lady answered the phone. She quickly pulled up our file locating the paper from our deal indicating that we had indeed purchased the magic "CM3000" and that all we had to do was come down in the morning and solve all our problems and hopefully fix our poor little pony... Alas, the story goes on... On April 10, 2013 we packed up the little pony and made the 1hr & 1/2 trip to Erinwood and dropped into the service center. We explained our problem to the the nice man at the service desk and promptly came out to have a look at our little pony. He looked at the hood and said. :Oh that is common with Mustangs" he then had a look at the CM3000 which had fallen off the mighty piece of Velcro that is used to hold up this magic device and pushed the test button. He said it is working fine and the rust should not have happened. He called another service manager out to look at the issue and both asked the same questions "Have you had your yearly service on the CM3000" to which we looked at each other shaking our heads. We had never recalled being asked to do this, never heard of this, plus we take our Pony at least every 3 months to be service at our local ford dealership. Surely if a the test is a as simple as pushing the little Button on top and looking for the green light that we should be covered and our little pony repaired. "Oh, but we are sorry because you do not have documentation that you have had your yearly service on the the CM3000 you are not covered and there is nothing we can do!" So we a done... We decided we better go inside and get the copy of the contract from the nice lady from the Office that only the day before had within seconds of our phone call had pulled off the computer and set us up with our no hassle appointment. We were unsure of where ours was at the time and figured we could at least call the company to see if they could help us out. After about 15 minutes of waiting for this contract that was only a day before in the hands of a very nice customer service person we were approached by a stern looking man asking us what we needed. We explained that we only wanted to get a copy of this contract so that we could go home and contact them to see if they could help us out. He told us he would have to have someone look for it and come back in a 1/2 hour. We explained that a very nice lady who we called only yesterday had quickly pulled up the contact "we can only assume they have a electronic data base not a bunch of boxes in the back" and that if got this piece of paper we would make our way back to Barrie. He rudely stated "I have to have some look for it come back in a 1/2 hour. So off we go for a little drive in our pony. Around an 1 hour goes by and we return to get our paper work. It is waiting at reception for us. We pick it up and get ready to make the 1&1/2 hr journey home. However for some reason I decided to read the paper work to see where it says "Yearly Check Up!" While quickly reviewing the paper work and contract I realize that it clearly states that you only need to check it once a year if the car is 3 years old or older when you bought it. And only after 4 years if new. Seeing as the pony was brand new when we bought it I thought to myself either those two nice gentlemen in the service department either made a mistake or lied to me to get rid off me. Thinking to my self that I was not the only sucker to buy one of these magic device and that they had seen them before I was leaning more the the Lie then the mistake, but either way I decided to bring it their attention. I walked back to the service department and showed them the contract and asked them to show me where it said you had to have a NEW car checked once a year. Of course they could not find it. So I said alright then lets fix my little pony... They then called the company the makes the CM3000, who to our dismay does not fix that type of rust. I am not sure what "Surface Rust" is but I assume when the surface of my hood is rusting that this is service rust. But I was wrong. So after spending 4+ hours driving to Erinwood and dealing with this we were to go home empty handed, just lighter in the pocket book for the gas, time and money needed to repair our little pony. We were sold at the Sales Person's recommendation a useless product. We were lied to by the service department and wasted a 1/2 day. I started to feel a little discourage with the whole event and day and went to customer service to speak to a Manager. All the luck it was Lunch time. Every where I looked employees were eating large plates of rice and some meat product, good for them, it was lunch time. However the manager was unavailable, he was with a client. I looked around and saw none. I was asked to wait another 1/2 hour. Realizing that I was being lied to again, that most likely the manager was to busy eating his lunch then to speak with a couple of unhappy customers I got a little upset. Removed the Eriwood Plate holder from the back of my car left it for them to do what they pleased. "No More FREE Advertising from me" In Short if you want to be LIED TO, CHEATED, and Treated like Crap after you purchase a car and sold add ons that are complete garbage by all means go to Erinwood Ford. My daughter was buying her first car and we had been to several dealerships over the past few months to test drive various vehicles. All of the dealerships were uncomfortable to be in because of the sales several dealerships over the past few months to test drive various vehicles. All of the dealerships were uncomfortable to be in because of the sales people, who were often very aggressive and dishonest. We had a very different experience at Erinwood Ford. From the moment we emailed the Sales representative Dave Grittani we knew it would be a positive experience. He called first to speak with my daughter and when she wasn't home he emailed my daughter explaining the pricing and features of the vehicle she was interested in. We had sent many emails on many cars and this was the first time we actually got the information that we were asking for. With that we made an appointment to see the car and Dave. When we arrived to see Dave he was friendly and professional in how he worked with us. In fact, everyone in the dealership treated us like we were the customer. Dave allowed us to take the car out for a test drive alone. When we got back we sat down with him and went over the financing options. Dave worked to find solutions to meet our budget and never once did we feel like we were being pushed into something we didn't want. We didn't buy it that night, but we did return on Sunday (yes they are open on Sundays!) with my husband to sign the paperwork. We picked up the car 3 days later and that too was a positive experience. My daughter chose to buy a standard car and with that Dave showed her some tips on how to drive a standard car. It's been about 2 weeks and she's driving it now. Thank you Erinwood Ford and Dave Grittani for such a great buying experience! More
