My initial meeting with Dave did not go all that well since he took a long time to locate a vehicle we could take for a test drive (due to miscommunication from other employees at the dealership). However, Dave really tried hard to make it up to us and earn our sale. Unlike other dealerships, we really got the feeling that he knew what he was talking about and that we were getting the best service. After the test drive we were very satisfied and spoke to him about financing the car, which was an amazing experience. He made it very easy to understand, cleared up questions and helped us understand the best way we could go about this. The pricing of the car was wonderful being that It was a used car. It was certainly worth the price. Even after we bought the car, he called us to see if we were enjoying the car. The travel expenses were never in jeopardy because I had a precise idea of what I was getting, cost and when I was getting it due to a very professional staff at ERINWOOD FORD especially Dave Grittani. Most of the paper work was done over the Internet thanks to Dave and Carol Buckwald. I arrived at the dealership from Billy Bishop Airport at 10:00 am and was on my way back 1400 km to Thunder Bay at 1:30 pm. This was after a major clitch that John Brimo , Bory Chak ,and others turned into a minor blip on the radar screen. I was given excellent treatment by all the staff at this dealership, so much so that I have traveled from out province to come and purchase at Erinwood. I have to admit the price was a factor but equally important was the care and attentiveness Dave provided in ensuring my vehicle was ready when it was supposed to be, any special preparations properly applied, as well as making sure I was picked up at the train station on a timely manner and driven to the dealership where I was well received. All details of the vehicle itself were covered with me and I left there feeling comfortable that I would be well looked after no matter what happened. More
