The sales person, Martin Manzies, was extremely helpful and responsive to all my requests, and a pleasure to deal with. The price was very, very, competitive and the service could not have been better. I was coming from out of town to pick up the car the day after making the deal and was delayed past their closing time due to he heavy traffic. Great Sales Experience I've bought a lot of cars over the years and most sales experiences have been the usual battle for the best deal where they treat you as the enemy unt I've bought a lot of cars over the years and most sales experiences have been the usual battle for the best deal where they treat you as the enemy until you sign the deal. Erinwood Ford was the opposite. While I know very well they need to end up on the profit side of the equation, they made the experience painless. My wife and I negotiated the deal and we actually enjoyed the experience. Even the usual "tag team" effort to close the deal was the most friendly amiable experience ever. I'd definitely buy another car here. Our sales rep, Dave Giovanni was friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgable about every aspect of the sale. Robyn Barrett, completed the paperwork and registration details and was a delightful person to work with. We've only had our Ford Edge for a couple weeks so havent experience the Service Dept yet. I have no reason not to believe this same dealership philosophy will carry through to this department. More
