I personally found this very reassuring, as you are always concerned when purchasing a used vehicle. I knew exactly what vehicle I was interested in and Ali made sure it was ready for me to test drive when I got there. After I purchased the vehicle he processed all the paperwork quickly and professionally. The car was ready for me to pick up a few days later as I had requested. It was washed, filled with fuel and ready to go. Ali knows a great deal about cars and was helpful in evaluating this particular vehicle's worth. He did not pressure me in any way. He was honest and open and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I live over an hour away, however it was well worth the trip. My first used vehicle purchase. I am the guy that always buys his vehicles brand spanking new. I guess its because of the worry of buying a lemon. Needless to say this time I was going to try something different and say money by purchasing a used vehicle. So I began researching countless websites, emailing for info, going to see vehicles near me. I began to feel frustrated because I could not find what I was looking for and when I did, it was too much. I finally decided to go to Erinwood Ford, and check out a truck that just came up on their website. Wasn't sure if my intension were to buy it if I liked it, but I wanted to see it. May I say I have never seen a dealership this big. There were vehicles everywhere. They have two separate properties, one for new vehicles and the other for their used. I was greeted by Dave Degiovanni once the VP of sales walked me to the used car building. I never met a sales man as calm as him, we talked about what I was looking for and why I needed it. He explained the differences in engine sizes and capacities. I've done my research, but it was nice to hear it as well. After our test drive, we talked out how the trade in of my current vehicle would work and what options I have for financing. Needless to say I purchased the truck that night, I felt so comfortable making the deal I couldn't say no. I had a few cosmetic concerns that I asked to be looked after, with extra cost. They were very willingly to look after my cosmetic concerns with no extra fees. I went home that night excited and thrilled about my purchase. I actually saved money for a change. The day of the pick up, I was bursting at the seams, I needed to see the truck. When I pulled in it was right in front looking as if it was brand new. Dave and I exchange our keys we went through the function of the truck, and finalized papers. It went pretty quick, everything was ready to go. Oh, my cosmic concerns, I couldn't even find them. Great job. I can't wait to go back for my next vehicle. More

Informed at 65k that i am required to purchase a set of tires as mine are cupped. This is a result of not rotating the tires. Upon further investigation, another dealership had informed me that no tire rotations were completed. A call to ford canada was of no assistance stating all they can do is write a poor workmanship order on the dealership. When I stated that this issue was a service issue that I pay for, their attitude was this is a wear and tear item even though the accelerated wear was due to negligence from the service department. A call to this dealership was even more pathetic. The service manager has refused any communication after 3 voicemails left. The service advisor then states that an alignment should have been done. When questioned why the service advisor didn't advise the customer, their response was "i dont know". I will never buy another Ford and I for sure would rather pay a teenager than trust these white collared criminals with my vehicle. Its not a shock that their are lawsuits when Ford can't stand by their own vehicles let alone perform idiot proof maintenance. More

This dealership has a separate show room for used cars and the price for the trade-in was really good . All other dealership offers you only whole sale price which is not reasonable . Nick, Director of the used car, is a nice guy and he tried his best to give a good price for my trade-in. I live in Markham and it was worth to go all the way to Mississauga to get my truck . I will definitely recommend Erin wood Ford and Dave to all my friends and colleagues. More

Kyle Pond was our sales rep and fantastic from the minute he said "Hey guys!!" We were not sure of the car we wanted to purchase and he let us test drive four vehicles without pressure to buy. It was the best experience and not pressured at all. We worked out an amazing finance deal with Adam, and between the two of them -- we were 100% satisfied. Kyle is a great sales guy and made us feel comfortable on making a car purchase decision. Adam was great as well and went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get financing.
