The entire experience was great. I looked on line on Saturday night, saw a car I was interested in and submitted an email request for information. When I got there, Dave had the car ready to drive, we looked at other colours, went for a drive and loved it. Things that stood out as to what made the experience great were: Dave was upfront about the pricing of the vehicle, he helped me with my trade in (very fair), answered all of my questions, he was genuinely interested in me - I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything. Needles to say, less than 24 hours after going in to look, I'm driving my new 2014 Fiesta SE. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave Grittani to anyone looking to get into a vehicle - he's the "real deal". Thanks for all your help! More

Then he gave me such a good price that it was absolutely worth my while to order a new vehicle through Erinwood and then drive down from North Bay to pick it up. Once I was there, he and Robyn made the paperwork easy. Everyone else was friendly and helpful. Dave gave me a hands-on tour of every practical aspect of the new vehicle and made sure that I was completely comfortable with the features and operations of the 2014 Escape.
