So far, it's been great! Saw a car listing on their website so I contacted Erinwood Ford with my questions…within 10 minutes, I had a helpful reply back from Dave Grittani and Saw a car listing on their website so I contacted Erinwood Ford with my questions…within 10 minutes, I had a helpful reply back from Dave Grittani and got clarity back on two more subsequent questions within another short period of time. His responsiveness was great so I decided to come down and view the vehicles in person. Again - very good support and I gained a lot of valuable information. I never felt like Dave was trying to "sell" me a car as much as he was trying to make sure the car "fit" my needs/wants. I decided to purchase as overall value was there for me (great product at a great price with helpful advice). Within a few days, I picked up the car and off I went….if you want the buying process to be straight up with no muss or fuss and you want to actually enjoy the car buying process, then go to Erinwood and see what they can do for you. The second part of the journey will be to experience the after sales service that the service team is able to provide for me…time will tell but I am optimistic…. I will let you know. More

Great experience I am glad I chose Erinwood Ford as the dealership where I bought my first car, a Ford Focus with a manual transmission. There are two reasons that mad I am glad I chose Erinwood Ford as the dealership where I bought my first car, a Ford Focus with a manual transmission. There are two reasons that made my car purchase experience here great: 1. Informative website 2. Great salesperson 1. Informative website When I started researching cars to buy, I first checked out websites of various dealers. A lot of dealers did not disclose their new inventory online, and some dealers had their inventory online but they were questionable. For example, on another dealer's site, the "new cars" link just took me to the manufacturer's website. In another case, one dealer's inventory listed a particular vehicle, and when I inquired about it, they told me there was a mistake on the site and that the online inventory was not reliable. With Erinwood Ford's site, I loved how they actually posted pictures of most of the vehicles so that I could confirm that the vehicle existed and knew how it looked. All the options that the cars had were listed, along with the VIN and the window sticker. This made it very easy to pick the car I want from behind my computer before even contacting the dealer. Additionally, when I did eventually inquire about it, Dave Grittani, the Internet Sales Consultant, responded promptly and confirmed that the car was still available just as the website had stated. 2. Great salesperson Which brings me to my review of the salesperson. I visited other dealerships and contacted other salespeople, but Dave stood out as being the best due to him being so easily approachable. He always responded very quickly to any e-mails. He did not pressure me into a sale when I told him I was still considering my options. He had a good sense of humour and got along well with my parents even though my parents' English was not as good as mine. He also disclosed everything about the car price, and this made it easy to work with him and negotiate a good price on the Ford Focus. Additionally, he allowed me to test drive it without a problem. Dave also went out of the way to make sure I got my car as quickly as possible. I bought the car and signed the sales agreement on a Thursday. Two days later, on the Saturday of the Easter weekend (the day after Good Friday), he had already gotten the plates from the licensing office that morning and the car was cleaned and ready for pick-up. Overall, I recommend Erinwood Ford, especially Dave Grittani, and would not hesitate to buy from them again. More

He took the time to explain how the Automall Clearance Center was actually part of Erinwood Ford, a large and reputable dealer. I personally found this very reassuring, as you are always concerned when purchasing a used vehicle. I knew exactly what vehicle I was interested in and Ali made sure it was ready for me to test drive when I got there. After I purchased the vehicle he processed all the paperwork quickly and professionally. The car was ready for me to pick up a few days later as I had requested. It was washed, filled with fuel and ready to go. Ali knows a great deal about cars and was helpful in evaluating this particular vehicle's worth. He did not pressure me in any way. He was honest and open and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I live over an hour away, however it was well worth the trip. I would highly recommend Ali and he will definitely be my first call when I need another car. If you are considering a used car, I highly recommend the Automall Clearance Center. My first used vehicle purchase. I am the guy that always buys his vehicles brand spanking new. I guess its because of the worry of buying a lemon. Needless to say this time I was going to try something different and say money by purchasing a used vehicle. So I began researching countless websites, emailing for info, going to see vehicles near me. I began to feel frustrated because I could not find what I was looking for and when I did, it was too much. I finally decided to go to Erinwood Ford, and check out a truck that just came up on their website. Wasn't sure if my intension were to buy it if I liked it, but I wanted to see it. May I say I have never seen a dealership this big. There were vehicles everywhere. They have two separate properties, one for new vehicles and the other for their used. I was greeted by Dave Degiovanni once the VP of sales walked me to the used car building. I never met a sales man as calm as him, we talked about what I was looking for and why I needed it. He explained the differences in engine sizes and capacities. I've done my research, but it was nice to hear it as well. After our test drive, we talked out how the trade in of my current vehicle would work and what options I have for financing. Needless to say I purchased the truck that night, I felt so comfortable making the deal I couldn't say no. I had a few cosmetic concerns that I asked to be looked after, with extra cost. They were very willingly to look after my cosmetic concerns with no extra fees. I went home that night excited and thrilled about my purchase. I actually saved money for a change. The day of the pick up, I was bursting at the seams, I needed to see the truck. When I pulled in it was right in front looking as if it was brand new. Dave and I exchange our keys we went through the function of the truck, and finalized papers. It went pretty quick, everything was ready to go. Oh, my cosmic concerns, I couldn't even find them. Great job. I can't wait to go back for my next vehicle. More

Informed at 65k that i am required to purchase a set of tires as mine are cupped. This is a result of not rotating the tires. Upon further investigation, another dealership had informed me that no tire rotations were completed. A call to ford canada was of no assistance stating all they can do is write a poor workmanship order on the dealership. When I stated that this issue was a service issue that I pay for, their attitude was this is a wear and tear item even though the accelerated wear was due to negligence from the service department. A call to this dealership was even more pathetic. The service manager has refused any communication after 3 voicemails left. The service advisor then states that an alignment should have been done. When questioned why the service advisor didn't advise the customer, their response was "i dont know". I will never buy another Ford and I for sure would rather pay a teenager than trust these white collared criminals with my vehicle. Its not a shock that their are lawsuits when Ford can't stand by their own vehicles let alone perform idiot proof maintenance. More

Dave Grittani is very friendly and knowledgeable sales person, explained everything in detail. There was absolutely no pressure . This dealership has a separate show room for used cars and the price for the trade-in was really good . All other dealership offers you only whole sale price which is not reasonable . Nick, Director of the used car, is a nice guy and he tried his best to give a good price for my trade-in. I live in Markham and it was worth to go all the way to Mississauga to get my truck . I will definitely recommend Erin wood Ford and Dave to all my friends and colleagues. More
