I bought my very first car (2012 Ford Fusion 2.5) last October 2013 with the help of a sales person, Dave Giovanni. During the visit, he was knowledgeable about the cars (both interior and exterior), professional and was pretty humorous. This made the whole experience at Erinwood Ford pleasurable and easy. Dave went the extra mile, in customer service, to make sure that the vehicle was not sold and the price being the lowest in the area. The best part of the experience was that Dave kept smiling throughout the whole process and making sure that we had no doubts, questions or regrets with the vehicle. On the day of the pick up, he took the time to be at the dealership even though it was his day off. He made sure that the transfer of ownership from the dealership to me was quick and painless. Though Dave was seen struggling with the setup of Microsoft Sync for my phone, he still made the effort to try. Service Centre A week later, my Dad and I notice a chugging noise whenever I tried braking at high speeds. So we decided to bring it back to Erinwood for some troubleshooting.Turns out that one of the disc brake rotors warped while it was parked in the car lot. Erinwood agreed to repair the unit and minutes later, we were informed at the desk that they would replace the whole rotor unit instead, rather than repairing it, free of charge. While the vehicle was in the centre for repairs, we were strolling around the used car lot again to check out some other cars. Even though he was in the middle of a sale, Dave stopped by for a second and greeted us. Soon after, we decided to stay in the waiting room of the Service Centre where there was complimentary coffee and wifi access for customers. The repair took about 1-2 hours and when the car was given back to us, the problem was solved. Overall, I couldn't be any more happier with the experience at Erinwood Ford. Autotrader Since I was looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle(Taurus 2013 SEL), I started my search on autotrade.ca. I found the vehicle and the features I was looking for at your dealership. The key thing for me here is that you had the right price for the vehicle. I wouldn’t have visited if the vehicle was another $2000. 2. Focus on Customer satisfaction Then I went to the dealership Web Site and was immediately impressed with your focus on customer satisfaction. Very smart - definitely you are going to sell more vehicles if you focus on customer satisfaction rather than on pressuring people to buy. I have had a couple of experiences with very aggressive sales tactics and I find it quite unpleasant. For me, if I feel people forcing me into something, I am much less likely to buy. 3. Dave Giovanni My wife and I visited the dealership early on a Sunday. We had a very pleasant discussion with Dave were we reviewed all the features of the vehicle and took it out for a test drive. 4. Making the deal This was the best part. When we were ready to negotiate price, the manager came to Dave’s office and we had a fairly short discussion where we came to a price with a little bit of money off. I already knew the vehicle was priced well and their web site did emphasize this. So, I was happy with a little bit of money off. I really like that they do not do the routine where the salesperson says they have to talk to the manager and this goes back and forth. Seems so fake to me that the manager and the salesperson are actually talking about anything. 5. No pressure on Extended Warranty I never buy the extended warranties, rust proofing, etc. So I appreciate their approach where they leave these options listed on a piece of paper in the package when you buy the car. 6. Pick up day Smooth as it could be. Dave took me through the features of the vehicle. I gave them the cheque and off I went in my new vehicle. Overall, I felt like I got the exact right vehicle for myself at a great price and had a very pleasant time doing it. Brian. More

The new styling is nice and we could get more features for the money compared to new. Erinwood had the best 2013 inventory by far of any dealership we looked at online or in person. There was also a range of prices and models to choose from. Martin was very helpful and didn't put unnecessary pressure on us to buy the first day we walked into the dealership. He provided all of the information we needed and was willing to go to bat for us on pricing. There wasn't a lot of room to negotiate price, but I think that everything together was fair. Martin also made sure that all of the miscellaneous things, like floor mats, that don't always come along with used cars were there. He also came in on his day off to help with our trade-in vehicle. We knew what to expect at every step along the way. More

I made an appointment to come meet with him and also to test drive the car. I'd have to say that this has been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a car. I think if your going to be spending the amount of money you are spending you should at least have a good time doing it. Its great to see a car salesman like Ali Sharafeldin who does everything he can to ensure all your needs are met. He's very knowledgeable and professional but most importantly has a great personality which makes the experience great!
