The entire experience was great. I looked on line on Saturday night, saw a car I was interested in and submitted an email request for information. When I got there, Dave had the car ready to drive, we looked at other colours, went for a drive and loved it. Things that stood out as to what made the experience great were: Dave was upfront about the pricing of the vehicle, he helped me with my trade in (very fair), answered all of my questions, he was genuinely interested in me - I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything. Needles to say, less than 24 hours after going in to look, I'm driving my new 2014 Fiesta SE.
