I first went into Erinwood Ford last January with my boyfriend and we were introduced to Lem, who was extremely friendly and very helpful. My boyfriend bought a car from him then, and just over a week ago I decided it was my turn to purchase a vehicle. There was no question that I was going back to to see Lem to purchase the 2013 Ford Escape I had always wanted. I went to see Lem after I had gathered prices from other Ford dealerships and was not surprised that Lem and the team at Erinwood Ford gave me the best price by a substantial amount. It was an offer I just could not refuse; not only was it a better price then other locations, but Lem took the time to explain every financial detail to me so I clearly understood that I really was getting the best price. Not only did I get the best price, and wonderful and friendly guest experience, but I also felt all employees worked together to ensure the perfect overall guest experience. This was certainly achieved when other sales representatives were also offering help and advice. There is some great teamwork at Erinwood Ford. Again, Lem, who helped me was friendly, welcoming, insightful, and patient. Even though I knew which car I wanted; Lem never once made me feel pressured into buying it. He did however make sure that I was fully informed in all aspects of purchasing a vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle Lem was again there to guide me through all the bells and whistles, and I felt confident with the technology when I drove away. All in all, I have only good things to say about my experience with Erinwood Ford! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. I am very happy with my escape SEL, and couldn't be happier with my overall experience I received from Lem and Erinwood Ford. More
This purchase was the second ford gt 500 shelby that I have purchased The first purchase was in 2010 I searched 2 dealerships in the gta and one north of the gta All these people wanted to do was get m have purchased The first purchase was in 2010 I searched 2 dealerships in the gta and one north of the gta All these people wanted to do was get me in then tell me what they had and how much I then went to the Erinwood website and talked to Dave Grittani who promptly got inventory and confirmation of pricing We made a deal and he kept his word He also went as far as introducing me to the Sales and Service managers Today June 29th I picked up my 2014 Ford gt 500 Dave bent over backwards to make this deal happen I did not even bother going to another dealership I live 80km away from Erinwood but after the relationship with Dave Grittani I did not even think about buying anywhere else A very happy customer! After visiting 3 other Ford dealers on my quest to find the right Ford Edge, my coworker recommended me to speak to Erinwood Ford's manager John Brimo. He took the time to sit down and *listen*. He listened to what I was looking for, and suggested a specific trim that no one else even acknowledged. I was treated with respect and felt like they would go out of their way to accomodate me, and they didn't play the 'counter-offer' game. I asked for a reasonable price, and they delivered right out of the gate, without needing to haggle or negotiate. What a relief. John made sure that my old car—which I sold outside of the dealership—would be routed through the lease papers so that I could save on the trade-in HST deduction, saving an extra $20/month. I was very satisfied with not only the price he gave me, but also the lack of hassle. Winning combo in my books. I would and am actively recommending John and the team at Erinwood Ford. I'm convinced that they will do everything they can to get you in a Ford from them the right way. No secret meetings. No hums and haws. For the record, I got a 2013 Ford Edge Style Package with 3km on the odometer. The first 2000km have been heaven! More

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and were very responsive to all my concerns and requests. Mr. Ashok Tewary is one of the business managers at ErinWood ford. I purchased a new mustang from this facility. The car is great no problem yet. I was to have the tricare rust protection package applied /installed to the vechicle. This was going to be installed after I took delivery. Before this package was installed I change my mind and asked if my monies could be refunded and this intallation canceled. Mr Tewary refused to refund my monies on services and product not yet applied or taken. So the deal at this facility Erinwood ford is if you give them money you will not get a cent back under any circumstances... To add more to this story the car was a month and a half late, on a factory order with little explaination other than mustangs are hot and the plant can't keep up with the demand, please a treat your customers with more respect than this. Don't buy from this Pathetic facility Erinwood ford. More

I purchased a 2004 NISSAN PATHFINDER. Had the tires I purchased a 2004 NISSAN PATHFINDER. Had the tires changed and found out the vehicle had wrong size tires on them. The AC dosen't work and according to there vehicle check list it worked. Know the vehicle has a wobble in the left front tire. I called about the tire issue and left a message and to this day no one has called back. If I were you and you are looking for a used vehicle don't buy from ERINWOOD FORD. Yes, with only 40,000 km… - they didn’t have the parts - at pickup, we told them the clutch was not right, yet the technician insisted that the clutch was correct and said “guys like it this way” - 24hr later they had to come pick it up. The Shop foreman is the most condescending person I ever spoken to. The Service Manager does not like confrontation so she will transfer you to the Shop Foreman and the Technician who spoke to my wife, basically told her that clutch was fine. I guess it was not since they came to pick up the car and tried to fix it again. Avoid this dealer! They are NOT customer friendly. They do not wash your vehicle. They do not provide rental cars. Everything about this place is old! This is not an inviting store that presents well, which explains a lot about the level of service we have received at this store. They say you are what you wear. Take a good look at what this dealer looks like, the condition of the shop floor, the condition of the service area and where they put the Service Department and you will find your own answers. More
