I waited for more than a month to review my used car purchase as the sale was excellent and now I can say so is the car! Stewart Honsberger assisted me with my purchase and I am extremely happy with my purchase (Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 2006- V8) If you ever visit Erinwood, be sure to look up this guy - really excellent customer service and huge amount of patience (I tend to ask a LOT of questions) after driving my vehicle for more than a month and completing 5K on the dash, I gave it for a check up at Canadian Tire - who generally tend to make a mountain out of a molehill, however thay told me to just change the power steering fluid and that's it! I was good to go! People who buy used vehicles know what I am talking about (That dreaded 1st servicing) Anyway, I wanted to share this "no Problem" experience with you all!. It feels as if everyone involved really worked hard to get a positive review or something... I mean everyone I dealt with at Erinwood! More

We had been looking for a Ford Escape and gone to some local dealers but they either did not have the vehicle or the pricing didn't seem that good. We were going to be purchasing two vehicles and were ho local dealers but they either did not have the vehicle or the pricing didn't seem that good. We were going to be purchasing two vehicles and were hoping to get a better deal as a result. So I decided to do some web searches for the Ford Escape with the options we were looking for. I found a vehicle on Erinwood's web site and sent an email off to Dave Grittani to see if we could work out a deal. Dave responded very quick and we arranged to go have a look. Once we got to the dealership, Dave explained everything to us. There were two different people looking to purchase, different vehicles, different options, different financing. Dave took the time to explain everything. We stayed a good hour after closing time and worked out a deal. All in all a very good experience. Would recommend Dave at Erinwood Ford. More
Purchasing my new car was one of the easiest transactions I've had in a long time. Went in on a Thursday to test drive, made payment arrangements on Friday, picked up my new car on Saturday. Our sales rep Graham was amazing (not to mention hilarious). Each person we met through the process of paperwork etc. was super friendly. They genuinely cared that you we happy with your choice. I would definitely buy my next car there and recommend them to my friends. Thanks again guys! More
I think I told over 5 people about the amazing experience I had with Stewart within a day of having my car, recommending each person to deal with this dealership and explaining how happy I was with the servi I had with Stewart within a day of having my car, recommending each person to deal with this dealership and explaining how happy I was with the service. I have bad credit, as most people think it is impossible to get a car financed with bad credit. I had gone to a Mazda Dealership in Burlington, ON and by the time all was said and done with the finance department, I was told to take transit. Needless to say, I was pretty upset with the response received. I was recommended by two people to go to Automall Clearance Centre (one of which has filed for bankruptcy in the past) to see Stewart Honsberger. I started the process with Stewart over the phone which was handled very professionally. I went in to see Stewart a few days after I had started the process to look at the car I was interested in and to find out if I was even approved, due to my credit history. I could tell how much work Stewart put into the communication between himself and the car lenders in order to get me approved as I know it couldn’t have been easy. I never thought for a moment I would get approved, and felt that I would be stuck buying another junker out right for 3k...no thanks. (I wanted a car that I LOVED and would last me 5-10 years as a reliable car with low car payments per month). Well, Stewart did it for me...he got me approved! Only downside was my interest rate was very high because of my poor credit history (understandable) and so I was not comfortable with the monthly payments. That’s where Mike Diamond comes in (the manager). He came into Stewarts office as he knew I was not comfortable nor happy with the monthly payment (only person to blame is myself, due to my poor credit history). Mike said to me “So what car do you want and what are we going to do for you so you can get this car, be happy with it and be comfortable with what you’re paying?” From there forward I truly felt that I was getting the best deal possible. This is what sold the car. Not only the effort put in by Stewart, the approval (a miracle) but also the manager stepping in to ensure I was completely and utterly happy with my decision, made me feel that I was doing the right thing. I signed the papers that day, and picked up my car the following day. From the first phone call to picking up my car was just under a week. (Keep in mind, faxing, phone calls to get all information to Stewart prior to arriving at the dealership) I found it to be the best customer service experience I have ever had in my lifetime. My jobs in the past were all customer service oriented therefore I understand what it takes to achieve customer satisfaction…Especially within the car business. I can’t ask for more, I’ve had my car for just over 3 weeks now and it still brings a smile to my face each time I walk up to it. I got a 2010 Mazda 3 for a great price. I wanted this car before I ever got my first car (2 years ago), because of Stewart, I finally got it, and because of Mike, I am comfortable with what I'm paying on it. I don’t think I’ve thanked two people so much before but thank you again Stewart and Mike for everything you did for me. I am so very happy with my car and I will be coming back! Carly F. My wife had been feeling down with family issues and I wanted to cheer her up. I suggested we go look at Stang convertibles up at Erinwood because I heard about Ford Employee Pricing over the radio. We showed up and saw one that peaked our interest, but then a friendly sales person came by and apologized that he had to take this car to deliver a backup set of keys to his girlfriend who was locked out of her car. We were a little down because nothing in the front of the lot tweaked our interest, so he said go around back and have a look. Within a few minutes dropped by quickly and continued to answer our questions while keeping his girl friend waiting. We said we'd come back in an hour to discuss finding something. An hour later we showed up, and while we were waiting my wife said "I normally don't like grey but that one over there looks sharp". So we ask to take it for a test drive, and the sales guys goes "she's low on gas, do you mind putting $10 in her and saving me the receipt?". Thirty minutes late after we test drove it, we made an offer on it, and it was ours! The experience was very pleasurable, mainly because we did our homework and they respected our knowledge of what was a fair deal. More
