This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No haggling. No "manager back & forth" Straight pricing. No after sell on useless stuff. He really took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and showed many that would fit my specifications. He offered me test drives on different cars in the lot and explain some of the awesome features on the newer models. I came to Erinwood Ford attempting to sell my 2012 Ford Transit Connect Van, because we had recently sold our business and no longer required it. The appraisal went well with the able help of Habib and Chris, and within an hour I was out of there, one very happy customer. Even though I was not buying a new vehicle on this day, the entire team was very, very helpful, and I'll be sure to be back when I or one of our family members is in the Market for a new or used vehicle! Although there were many bumps in the road during my purchase of my Mustang from Erinwood, I have to say that in several instances they have stepped up to the plate and made good on all of the issues. purchase of my Mustang from Erinwood, I have to say that in several instances they have stepped up to the plate and made good on all of the issues. In fact, Carol Buckwald, the Finance Manager, went well above and beyond in helping me sort out the problems. This included refinancing, service issues and warranty problems. Joe in Service was very helpful in arranging for coverage with my 3rd party warranty company to pay for some major repairs (that should have been addressed prior to delivery, but at least they'll be covered 100%). Brad in Used Car Sales helped arrange for the repair on the remote starter (this was supposed to be done prior to delivery but was delayed and I wasn't advised until the 11th hour, but again it was fixed to my satisfaction). All in all, even though it wasn't a smooth transaction all the way through, they have come through on all their responsibilities as the dealership and I would gladly buy another car from them. Just think they perhaps should do a better job of inspecting cars before delivery, to make sure everything is in order. My sincere thanks to Carol Buckwald. She has been AWESOME to deal with. More

I was looking for a used car (Ford Escape) and visited many dealerships with no success. Then one say I saw an ad from another dealership next to Erinwood Ford, and decided to have a look. The car didn’t many dealerships with no success. Then one say I saw an ad from another dealership next to Erinwood Ford, and decided to have a look. The car didn’t meet my expectations and so , since I was in the area, I walked over to EF and started browsing the available cars on the lot. It was then that I met Dave Giovanni. Dave came by and introduced himself and asked if he could help. It was 7:45 pm and the dealership was closing in 15 minutes, but Dave patiently listened to my requirements and answered all my questions. I might add that this was my first car purchase, and I had many many questions. We sat together for over an hour and by the end of a very informative session about cars, I left. Not once did Dave try and push a sale, for which I truly appreciate. A few days later, I saw that EF just listed a used car that might meet my requirements (and budget). I emailed Dave, who sent me the specifications after which I called to schedule a test drive after work. Due to an unscheduled work meetings, I was late by over an hour. When I reached EF, one of the sales reps informed me that it was Dave’s day off , and he had come in earlier just to meet me, but had since left, thinking I was a no show. Luckily he lived nearby and said he would come back. Instead of waiting for Dave, and then going for a test drive, the sales rep gave me the keys and let me take the car. By the time I got back Dave was there. The car was “ok”, but I wasn’t really in love with it. I then had another long talk with Dave about my needs and wants in a car. It was then that I started thinking about purchasing a new car instead since the Ford Employee pricing event was on. I asked Dave to run a few numbers on the ford website. I then told Dave that I would have to discuss the options with my family and get back to him. Once again, he did not push me to make a decision. That night, I discussed the Used vs New purchase decision with my wife, and we realized that the payments would be almost identical. Also, considering that a new Ford Escape had a new design (which we both liked) and came with warranties, we decided to buy new. The next day, we went to see Dave. Instead of rushing into finalizing an invoice, Dave sat us down and took the time to make sure that the decision we were making was the right one. Once we agreed that it was, he priced a Ford Escape with the specifications we wanted at monthly payment that was better than what we expected. All that was left to do was locate the car (EF didn’t have the one we wanted in stock), and finalize the paperwork with the finance manager. A few days later, Dave informed us that our car had arrived and was ready for delivery. It was Dave’s day off when we went to pick up the car, but he was there to make sure it was everything we expected. It is and more. We love our new Ford Escape. Thanks Dave and Erinwood Ford, for making this the best car buying experience one could ask for… Now on to buying the next car for the family. More
