The sales person kept in touch with ETA for my vehicle's arrival and took time to make sure everything went quickly and smoothly with license transfer, etc. I was in and out in no time when the time came to trade in my old car for the new one. There was one final touch that made this day a great one for me personally; Martin took the time to take a photograph for me and email it to my account. My father and I had visited many dealerships before finding Erinwood Ford. The service was amazing. The minute we stepped on the lot and started to look around, we immediately received help from Mr. Me finding Erinwood Ford. The service was amazing. Not only did he give us the opportunity to test drive the car but he was very informative about the car. Unlike other dealerships, we really got the feeling that he knew what he was talking about and that we were getting the best service. After the test drive we were very satisfied and spoke to him about financing the car, which was an amazing experience. He made it very easy to understand, cleared up questions and helped us understand the best way we could go about this. The pricing of the car was wonderful being that It was a used car. It was certainly worth the price. Even after we bought the car, he called us to see if we were enjoying the car.
