I was not surprised to see that he has so many happy customers at his desk waiting to test drive some new cars. We were treated with respect, no pressure, and were even told to get a second opinion if we didn't believe we were getting the best deal. I don't know of any salesman that does that. He happily prepared 2 test drives for us and would probably not hesitate to bring a 3rd if we ask. Martin was very humble and when something couldn't be done he gave us straight answers. I am in the market for another vehicle and will definitely purchase from Erinwood Ford again. More

The reviews are NOT wrong! While waiting for my initial meet and greet, I decided to check out the service team (garage). A service writer answered a few questions for me includ While waiting for my initial meet and greet, I decided to check out the service team (garage). A service writer answered a few questions for me including a brief bio of himself and gave me a quick tour of their garage bays. When my potential sales rep caught up with me and my family, he immediately made us feel like we were in the right place. There would be no pressure sales tactics coming from him ... he understood that my wife was not enthused about test driving the F150 (to replace our aging mini van) and when we finished, he pulled me aside to remind me that if she wasn't happy in taking home the pickup, I wouldn't be happy in the long run. He told me to go home to take some time to think about it and let my wife make the final decision on this one. And that there are other vehicles he would be happy to show us should she decide against the truck. We called requesting a second test drive a week later and our rep made sure to find a truck that came closest to what our needs were. He had it ready to go upon our arrival. We bought the truck that night and a) have had no regrets with purchasing from Erinwood Ford, b) to say are happy in dealing with Victor Chacon is an understatement and c) won't hesitate to refer this team to any one that tells me they are in the market for a Ford. More
