When we left the dealership I noticed I had a flat tire. I went back in to Erinwoodford to see if they had someone who would be able to assist us with repairing the flat. Brad Cruikshank, the Sales Manager came out to my car with a pump in order to get some air back in the tire. While the air was pumping he ran down the road to their service dept. to see if they could take my car in and repair the tire. He ran back and said they could do it. So once enough air was in the tire he drove the car down to the service bay. Then he went on his way back to his job and we waited for our tire to be repaired. Within a half hour the repair was done. I asked how much I owed them and they said no charge which was totally unexpected. When i was looking at the escape they said that customer satisfaction is uppermost and I believe them after this, and still no pressure to buy from them. More

I went to the lot to look at the inventory ,lots of selection able to walk around freely. Next sent my email questions to Martin Menzies, he answer all my questions quickly without having to have me come to the dealership. I thought this was amazing. When I went into the dealership to meet Martin the first impression was comfortable, welcoming vibe in the show room. As I met Martin I was put to ease very quickly. Martin explained everything to me clearly stayed patient throughout. Completed the purchase, met Carol she explained all I needed to know in a very clear understanding manner.
