Kyle Pond was extremely helpful in arranging a vast number of vehicles for I had a great experience purchasing a 2010 Ford Fusion from Erinwood. Kyle Pond was extremely helpful in arranging a vast number of vehicles for me to test drive all afternoon as well as providing important information that made my decision on what to purchase very easy. I also dealt with Dave Raymond to get pricing and finalize details. He was great in already having my new licence plates, stickers and ownership ready for my new car so I didn't need to run around at Service Ontario once I traded my previous car in and I was able to get a great price. The most amazing and personalized service I contacted this dealership online because I was interested in the Ford Escape. Martin Menzies contacted me almost immediately even though it was a S I contacted this dealership online because I was interested in the Ford Escape. Martin Menzies contacted me almost immediately even though it was a Sunday. After asking me some questions over the phone he quickly sent me a quote with a breakdown of different payment options. I told Martin I would take a day or two to think about it. He wasn't pushy at all in fact he completely understood even when I said I wanted to test drive a different car from another dealership. After I test drove the car which I disliked and experienced a pushy obnoxious salesman I contacted Martin and said I was sure I wanted the Escape. He worked really hard to get my financing in place and told me what I needed to send him ahead of picking up my car. Within a day everything was in place. I just picked up my car today and the amazing service continued. Martin was in high demand when I got there, he had so many customers calling on him but he made me feel very important. He showed me everything about the car and synced my phone as well. As a woman shopping for a car it can be intimidating and it is easy to feel like someone is taking advantage of you. But not at Erinwood Ford. I would recommend if you are looking for great cars and impeccable service go to Erinwood Ford and ask for Martin. And if your a woman definitely go to Erinwood they will take care of you. I must note I have loved Honda forever but I am a Ford convert. What a great experience. Keep up the great work. More
