So last week, I decided to make the trip down to the dealership to see what they could do for me. Upon arrival, I was introduced to sales rep Lem Weeks. We went over a couple of the models and features I was looking for, and he also showed me which incentives/rebates/etc. were available for each model. Dealing with Lem was very laid back, but still professional, which was good since I was a little nervous going in. In the end, I ended up leasing a new Ford Edge. Two days later I was back at the dealership to take delivery, and the process was easy. Lem even offered to sync up my phone with the car, and show me how to work some of the other technology in the car! Overall, I had an excellent experience, and am loving my new Edge! Thanks again Lem and Erinwood Ford! More

#1 and working hard to stay there I bought a used 2012 F150 from Erinwood. The truck had been meticulously detaiiled and prepared for sale. I couldn't tell it from a new vehicle. I and my wife went to Erinwood Ford to take a look at the 2014 Mustang they had since it was something I wanted to get for my wife. Dave Giavanni was one of the sales guys who approached us and explained the specs and the features of the car to us. Dave guided us truth the vehicle and gave it to us for the test drive, got to admit Mustang is one wild beast. And in the end we walked out with a 2014 convertible Mustang :). More than we expected My wife and I went to Erinwood Ford to get an estimate on what our 2010 Matrix was worth, since they will buy your car even if you don't buy there's. As part of the conversation he asked us what specific car we were looking to purchase. It was not a Ford but he said he may be able to help us. He spoke to Director of Sales , Nick Palalas. By the time we left the dealership they had found us the vehicle we wanted and took ours in trade. As it turned out the person that owned the car we purchased ended up purchasing our trade-in. It took a while but they made it happen and ended up with multiple satisfied customers. It was a great experience from the time we arrived until we had our purchase. We were ably assisted by Carol and Robyn in financial services. More

Having been a Ford driver all my life it was naturally the first place I went. We were greeted instantly and were asked by several people what brought us in. After walking around looking outside and seeing the vehicles in the showroom we were introduced to Lem, not only was he extremely helpful and knowledgable. He took the time to run numbers and options for us on multiple models, and never once did we feel pressured to buy then and there. In fact he encouraged us to take a look and compare with competitors, he believes in Fords product that much. After seeing what was available we called Lem to make arrangements on Thursday to start the paperwork. My wife and I were amazed that he came in outside of his normal hours to help us out. Needless to say, I would recommend Lem and the staff at Erinwood Ford for anyone looking for a new car More

He was amazing and at no point did I feel like i was being pressured into a sale or into a car that wasn't fit for myself and my family. He gave his honest opinion and was overall amazing!
