Terrible Service Leased two vehicles from this dealership (within 2 years) 2nd time waited over an hour to pick up a vehicle that turned out to be a different spec the Leased two vehicles from this dealership (within 2 years) 2nd time waited over an hour to pick up a vehicle that turned out to be a different spec then what was agreed upon. Salesperson left me to sit there and wait and ultimately was not knowledgeable about the product. Management would not honour my deal until I took the issue up with the President. Recently went back to look for another car (despite my better judgement). Same salesman told me he did not want to deal with me because I submitted a poor review of his service (deservedly). Told me he would not help me and to go elsewhere; "there are plenty of other ford dealerships". I will never buy from this dealership again. I urge everyone and anyone to stay clear of this place. Dont know their product, Dont honour pricing, Just DONT go! Leased a car from another dealership in the same automall that night. Way better experience. More

Dave highlighted what was available in my price range, explained the available features i I entered the dealership with a couple of vehicles in mind. Dave highlighted what was available in my price range, explained the available features in the vehicles on the lot and encouraged my son and I to take a couple of cars for a test run. Upon our return, Dave answered all our questions and acknowledged our need to think about the purchase. The next day, I returned to take one of the vehicles for a second run and test a different model to help support my decision. Dave was very accommodating.
