He was very knowledgable about the vehicle .let me take the vehicle for good lon I recently bought a 2011 flex ,Dave Giovanni was the sales person . He was very knowledgable about the vehicle .let me take the vehicle for good long test drive also the next day Dave came into the dealership even though it was his day off , so i could take the flex to my mechanic too check it out.he had no problem dealing with the issues i had with the flex. when my wife and i picked up the flex Dave sat with us and showed us how to operate all the features .when i had an issue with the brakes near the end of the 30 day warranty dave got the flex in the shop the next day ,less than 24 hours after talking to him . the brakes were redone at no charge WOW!!! definitely happy with my experience at erinwood More
