The entire process was stress free, considering it was the biggest purchase of my life to date. Their post-sale service was better than I expected. When I noticed a crack in my bumper shortly after the purchase Pankaj encouraged me to bring it in it in to be checked out, not knowing if it was my fault or just not spotted before the sale.
