I was impressed by their website, it was incredibly easy to search the site for the vehicle I wanted and I immediately contacted Dave Grittani. After receiving an extremely detailed and prompt response about the vehicle. I made an appointment to come in to the dealership for a test drive. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so inviting, all employees were very friendly and welcoming. Dave was extremely knowledgable and gave me a walk through of all of the features on the vehicle during the test drive. My purchasing experience with Dave was a wonderful experience and all my questions were answered. Great customer service with a smile! Even at the end when I picked up my vehicle I was impressed by the delivery process where I was given an overview of all the technology in the car and drove away fully aware of all the features and how to use them. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Erinwood! I would and already have recommended Erinwood to my friends and family. More

Allowed me to make the right decision on my timeline. On site - Erinwood people were always smiling - and say hi when you walk by them anywhere in dealership. A good sign of good management. I was recommended by "word of mouth" to Dave Raymond, and I will surely do the same. I showed my new truck to a customer of mine last night and he says "I buy all my trucks from Erinwood" Says it all. As a final comment, I especially liked the overview of the car on delivery. There is so much luxury and technology in these vehicles I would have been weeks trying to figure it all out. Well done Erinwood!!!!! Congrats on getting a new building as well. More
