The environment within the dealership was not something I had experienced before. I really appreciated how welcoming they were and provided me with space and time to make my decision. The no pressure atmosphere made it a great car buying experience. They truly are in the business of making sure the customer is satisfied. I worked with Dave De Giovanni who bent over backwards, staying late and answering all of my questions. It did not take an hour for us to decide to buy the 2016 Ford Explorer. We did not even test drive the car. That was how convincing Lem was, you just know you can trust his words.
