What first lead me to Erinwood was one of the best user friendly websites I have seen. Lots of actual pictures and good descriptions of inventory. I went to the lot to look at the inventory ,lots of selection able to walk around freely. Next sent my email questions to Martin Menzies, he answer all my questions quickly without having to have me come to the dealership. I thought this was amazing. When I went into the dealership to meet Martin the first impression was comfortable, welcoming vibe in the show room. As I met Martin I was put to ease very quickly. Martin explained everything to me clearly stayed patient throughout. Completed the purchase, met Carol she explained all I needed to know in a very clear understanding manner. Thank you Martin for making my experience a comfortable and relaxed. Delivery of my new F150 was efficient and Martin help setup the electronics went through the different features. Great people, huge inventory, completely satisfied customers We have been to Erinwood Ford just to test drive an Escape after couple weeks of searching for the best SUV for our family. In fact my wife has test d We have been to Erinwood Ford just to test drive an Escape after couple weeks of searching for the best SUV for our family. In fact my wife has test drove 5 different equal competitors (including CRV and RAV4) and 2 compact cars in the market. She wasn't really satisfied any of them. When we got there on a Sunday afternoon dealership was pretty busy no one was available. After couple minutes Brad C. approached us in the parking lot he has qualified our needs in minutes while walking around the cars. Dave G. brought us keys and the plate for the ride and he let us drive alone. Where should we go? Is there a designated route? NO. All he asked for my wife's drivers licence. No phone, no address. He said "Enjoy the ride, try to come back before we close!" After 15-20 min. ride she was completely satisfied both the comfort and performance. Not to mention all those features some of them were not even an option in the competition. (Just a note; please do check rear view camera brightness and back up sensors with competitors) We made an offer and it was honoured by Nick P. after a beneficial and reasonable negotiation period. Next day follow up call and confirmed delivery date and time. Thanks to Dave, he picked me up from our address for scheduled delivery. Everything was as promised. In fact Carol has printed out second bill of sale to show the difference for an extended warranty. No push, just recommendations and professionalism. Overall it was a great experience for car buying.
