When I first arrived at the dealership I wasn't sure as to what car I was looking for. I have never bought a vehicle through a dealership before, and was not sure as to what steps to take to find the one for me. Ali assured me that he would help me find the right vehicle even if it meant pointing me in a different direction. I then realized that Ali's main purpose was not making a quick sale, it was about making customers satisfied. With his experience Ali was very patient with me and gave me all the information I needed to pick the perfect vehicle. I never felt rushed or forced into anything from the beginning to the final signing of paperwork. Even though the car has already been purchased Ali still keeps in touch to make sure everything is stellar. You will not find another dealer more passionate and sincere than Ali. Liking my new car. Overall my experience was great. Dave (sales person) very helpful not pushy at all, and really new his stuff. The dealership had an overall friendly atmosphere and they seemed to want to help in any way. The only issue I had, was when we picked up the Explorer the cleaning wasn't great. I didn't notice until I left, as Dave spent a good 45 minutes going over all the options. The tray in the front console had garbage still in it, and the chip in the windshield never got fixed. With that said, I would still recommend Dave and the dealership just take your time before driving off the lot.... More

We were looking at the Ford Fusion 2013 and he brought over the keys to let us see the interior and have a seat in it. When we got in he explained the features and let us take a test drive. After the test drive we were happy with the vehicle and were set to buy it, no sales pressure was put on us which we enjoyed. We went over to Mr. Giovanni's desk and began to discuss the price and additional items. Finally we ended up making a deal and were guiding through the whole process professionally from step 1 to the point where we picked up the car and went home. Mr. Giovanni is by far my favourite car sales representative and I recommend him to everyone. More

Lots of choices for mintly used Ford cars. I was looking for a 1- to 3-year-old Ford Escape and went to Erinwood Ford because they have 10 of them. I tested drive 5 of them. Ali Sharafeldin allowed us to took the cars out our own, so we could check them out at our own pace. After we found the one we wanted, we sat down to negotiate price. Like any car dealerships, it took a few rounds of back and forth between us and Ali's manager, Nick (he was very friendly). At the end, we were indifferent between this car and our alternative in another dealership. However, we decided to go with Ali, because we felt that he really deserved our business. More

Disappointed Less than 2 weeks after I was told I would not get my new car for any less, Ford offered another discount, and the exact same car was $2K less. After low balling my trade-in, the appraiser said we would list it for no mor than $22,900, when 2 weeks later they listed it for $27,900. Left a bad taste in my mouth. More
