They treated my Mom with the up most respect! My mom is a 69 year old single woman who knows nothing about cars. She lives in another town and was overwhelmed with the dealership experience. I told her drive the 3 hours to come visit me and I would take her to Erinwood Ford if she liked the car's I would help her through the process and get her on the road. I called Matt Trueman who I had bought my F150 from in June 2015 and he set us up. Between Graham Townsend and Matt Trueman they walked my mom through every step of the way. They responded to every question and there were lots. They were very patient and understanding making it a very good experience. My Mom said the stress of the dealership was gone. There was no pressure to buy -TODAY- and they got her in a car that worked for her. We purchased the ford on a Friday and she drove it home on the Monday. This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Erinwood. More

It was a stressful period in my life and the purchase was unexpected. Graham answered all my questions and made me feel like a person and not a number. That was in 2013 when I purchased a 2013 Escape. When that vehicle was no longer a viable option Graham helped me get into a more reliable 2015 Escape. I have and always will come to Graham when I need to purchase a vehicle. He is the best example of a professional and personable sales consultant. On my second car his advice and the discounts he applied got me a brilliant upgrade for virtually the same price as my old one. George in that office is fantastic as well, he went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted within my price range. I get all my services done there as well. My brother purchased two vehicles from Erinwood prior to my purchasing my new Escape, and though Erinwood is not close to home, it was absolutely worth going out of my way to get the service and assistance I needed in the car-buying process, right down to helping me figure out the abundance of technology in the vehicle.
