Great buying experience! After being involved in buying 4 different new vehicles from other dealerships in the past I was dreading going through the whole process again. Doug After being involved in buying 4 different new vehicles from other dealerships in the past I was dreading going through the whole process again. Doug at Erinwood Ford made the process straight forward and transparent. He listened to what I was looking for in my new vehicle, discussed the different packages that could provide what I was looking for, provided full price breakdowns for the different options I was looking at and took me out to test drive the exact vehicles I was considering (In the past I have had people at other dealerships try to push test drives in vehicles with way more features to try to silently upsell me, none of that here). My old car had broken down and I needed a new vehicle quickly, the type of situation some salespeople would try to leverage to gouge you but Doug went above and beyond to provide a great price on my new 2016 Escape! I am very pleased and will definitely recommend Doug and Erinwood Ford to my friends and family! More

In comparison to any other salesman I have had to deal with, John was absolutely amazing. He didn't pressure me into making a decision and was happy to deal with my ungodly amount of *what ifs* and *maybes*. The process was painless and pleasant.
