The specific person I was referred to was not present however Chris Palalas quickly took good care of me by putting me in Matt Nemeths focused care. He was accommodating, informed and very personable. Rather than spitting words and sales pitches at me he was attentive to my needs and helped me out the best that he could. Even going above and beyond by driving my car back to me upon pick up of my newly purchased vehicle. I bought a Ford Edge from them and have enjoyed it ever since. Thanks erinwood! More
