First car buying experience was superb and smooth. I heard a few horror stories about salesmen slipping fees into a contract without the buyer's knowledge, and so naturally I was a bit anxious, being someone that is budget friendly. I asked around, and a few of my good friends had went to Erinwood and reported a great experience, so that's where I went. I wanted two things: transparency, and timeliness. I got just that! Victor who was my sales guy, was amazing! Didn't at all have a sales tone about him. Rather, I felt I was talking to a friend. He was very transparent with me all throughout, giving me a break-down of the numbers and telling me exactly what I needed to bring so that I could walk out with my focus the next day. Victor followed up with me the week after I picked up my car and made sure I was happy. Overall, fabulous experience! More

First Brand New Vehicle I was referred to Erinwood Ford from a friend who purchased from them. This was my first ever new car purchase so was a little nervous. Living in the north, I didn't have a chance to visit and test drive the truck. Called the dealership to inquire about deals and pricing and from day 1, John was excellent. He offered me a great price, within the budget I was looking for with more vehicle options than I was offered at other dealerships. Even though I hadn't visited with John personally, he still made sure I was a customer and kept in communication with me through email/phone conversations. Very happy with the service I received from a long distance purchase. Upon returning home, had a minor problem, contacted John and they took care of the issue, no questions asked. Could have easily told me too bad. Great customer service, nice to see. I will definitely recommend Erinwood to other people. More
