They both were very knowledgeable in there jobs and made me and my wife feel very comfortable purchasing our new truck. I had to drive 3.5 hours from my house in Algonquin Highlands Ontario to purchase the truck and it was so worth the drive. They treated my Mom with the up most respect! My mom is a 69 year old single woman who knows nothing about cars. She lives in another town and was overwhelmed with the dealership experience. I told her drive the 3 hours to come visit me and I would take her to Erinwood Ford if she liked the car's I would help her through the process and get her on the road. I called Matt Trueman who I had bought my F150 from in June 2015 and he set us up. Between Graham Townsend and Matt Trueman they walked my mom through every step of the way. They responded to every question and there were lots. They were very patient and understanding making it a very good experience. My Mom said the stress of the dealership was gone. There was no pressure to buy -TODAY- and they got her in a car that worked for her. We purchased the ford on a Friday and she drove it home on the Monday. This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Erinwood. More
