So when my mother's car gave up the ghost in December, we went down to see Mark immediately. He let her drive both the Fiesta and the Focus to see which she preferred, then actually asked her about her driving habits, and made a recommendation (which she took). He understood that she needed the car right away, so hustled for delivery in less than 24 hrs, and we actually paid less than we thought we would because he asked for a discount that we had not requested.
