Close but no cigar. Upon entering the trailer sales office, Mr. Jackson took on the task of fulfilling my requirements. I simply told him what I wanted to accomplish and what vehicle I was interested in. Through no fault of his own, the vehicle I was interested in ended up being sold by another salesperson as we were negotiating a trade in value and a test drive. Obviously there is a flaw in the dealership system that does not identify when a vehicle is being worked on by another salesperson. In this day and age of computers and modernization I have to put the blame entirely on the dealership and their staff for failure to communicate and share information. I did read all the positive recommendations and even had a close friend refer me to the dealership from his personal experience, and I can assure your the wonderful sales folks are top notch. I'm hoping to resolve my current situation with a similar vehicle. More

As I already knew which vehicle I wanted to see, I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge. I was greeted by Matt who asked if he could be of assistance. As I already knew which vehicle I wanted to see, he quickly determined that it was indeed still availabe and brought it around fir me to see and subsequently drive. Matt was polite and professional and answered all my questions. He called a week after delivery to make sure I was satisfied.
