First Brand New Vehicle I was referred to Erinwood Ford from a friend who purchased from them. This was my first ever new car purchase so was a little nervous. Living in the north, I didn't have a chance to visit and test drive the truck. Called the dealership to inquire about deals and pricing and from day 1, John was excellent. He offered me a great price, within the budget I was looking for with more vehicle options than I was offered at other dealerships. Even though I hadn't visited with John personally, he still made sure I was a customer and kept in communication with me through email/phone conversations. Very happy with the service I received from a long distance purchase. Upon returning home, had a minor problem, contacted John and they took care of the issue, no questions asked.
