I found what I was looking for during the black Friday event, I made the deal online, then went in Erinwood had the best stock and options available. I found what I was looking for during the black Friday event, I made the deal online, then went in to sign all the paperwork on Friday. I then picked up the 2017 Escape on Monday. I had to travel a bit farther then some dealers ( about 100km) but they had some of the best deals, and lots of choices, they also made it easy to do the majority of the work online. I will definitely use Erinwood Ford again for any Ford purchases. Thanks! More

I had been in a hit and run collision and the damage was so severe it ended up being a write-off. I was already in quite an uneasy state, not really wanting to face the decision making that is associated with purchasing a car. I checked their inventory online, and first began an email exchange with Stewart. He was extremely helpful, and handled the paperwork between my first email and my visit to test drive my final 3 choices. It was then that I was introduced to Orlando. He was extremely kind and easy to speak with. I suddenly had less anxiety about the whole endeavor and had a good time test driving. Both Orlando and Stewart just wanted to help me find the car that I wanted, and never pushed me in any direction. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More
