The entire experience was absolutely terrible. Sales manager Victor N demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism and made the process extremely difficult. Describing this as a bad experience is an understatement, and he should be ashamed of his behavior in how he treated a customer. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place again. More
