I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2021 Explorer Limited from Erinwood Ford. When I arrived I was greeted by Martin Menzies and Matt Trueman. Martin Menzies proceeded to assist us. He proceeded to show us the vehicle and allowed us to test drive it while he appraised my trade in. He went over the various features of the vehicle with us. He introduced us to Ali Sharafeldin who appraised our vehicle- we agreed on a price and moved forward with the purchase. Martin introduced us to Adam Pellegrin who assisted us with the bill of sale. He went over the extended warranty options with us and answered all of our questions. As a result, we moved forward with the extended warranty on the vehicle. Martin was very accommodating with the delivery date for the vehicle. He had it ready as promised. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition to us. We had a wonderful experience with Martin Menzies, Adam Pellegrin, Ali Sharafeldin, Matt Trueman and Graham Townsend. Great team effort and professionalism was shown by the Erinwood Ford Team.
