Due to a recent accident, I needed to replace my 2013 Explorer. I specifically wanted the 2022 Explorer Hybrid, but there were none to be found in Ontario. Victor Nascimento definitely went the extra mil Explorer. I specifically wanted the 2022 Explorer Hybrid, but there were none to be found in Ontario. Victor Nascimento definitely went the extra mile in locating and obtaining the only Hybrid available. Despite the location of the vehicle some 400 km's away, he arranged a driver to trade his vehicle for the Hybrid and had it picked up, and put me into it within a couple days. Outstanding! Especially since I needed the vehicle for weekly long drives. The alternative would have been to wait at least a month or longer to get the same vehicle. And, by the way, what an excellent vehicle it is! He and Rob Ahamad make a formidable team and treated my family and I like family! I bought our first Explorer from Victor and Rob 9 years ago, now have my second and will definitely return to Erinwood for future vehicles.
