It started off as a routine maintenance ser It has been a great pleasure to conclude a new lease with Geoffrey Hills in my recent visit to Erin Park. It started off as a routine maintenance service at Erin Park. As usual I was idling in the showroom and eyeing on my next vehicle. I was looking at the RAV4 in the meantime soliciting vehicle info. I had a very brief conversation with Geoffrey about my current lease and my interest to start a new lease. While I was waiting in the lounge, he presented me a lease quotation in just less than 45min. It was a very attractive quote other than the lease term. Immediately it got me really serious. After my test drive in the same week and ironed out many details, the lease was finalized within 4 days. Three weeks later I am driving the new RAV4. I understand Geoffrey went a great length to put up a lease that fit into my current lease budget. That service alone is unmatched in my many year experience with Toyota. Geoffreyis not only a very fine young, vibrant, energetic man, he is also very patient and thorough. He always carries a welcoming warm smile. Thank you Geofreyf! GREAT SERVICE I wanted to buy a used Honda across the road - The sales guy did not even get out of the chair and the car was FILTHY. So I walked across the road and bought a new Highlander from JIM. I recently sold that Highlander after 3 years of great service , and SULEMAN ZAIDI , assisted me in the buy out of the lease all the documentation , even with no sale pending the service from him and his management was outstanding. I am talking to Jim now about buying another car !!! Great service Suleman ! More

From walking in to walking out w I was looking to buy a car and went to Erin Park Toyota on someone's recommendation leaving my local Toyata dealer. From walking in to walking out with a new purchase of my 2016 Corolla LE in less than two hours, whole experience was incredible. Manager Geoff Hills is an amazing person and a true example of Customer Service. If I had gone to this place two years ago as well when I was looking to buy an SUV I would have been owner of Highlander today instead of CX9. Reason is that Erin Park Toyota team is team of sales professionals who understands clients needs and provide customer service above and beyond their clients' expectations. Sales experience Vincent is not a great guy to deal with....he stamps his picture and name on all your car's manuals and documentation....violates your privacy wishes Vincent is not a great guy to deal with....he stamps his picture and name on all your car's manuals and documentation....violates your privacy wishes despite your instructions not to. He is not suppose to keep personal information according to Privacy Laws such as DOB. I should taking this up with Ontario's Privacy Commissioner or Toyota Head Office. More

This was my 8th time buying/leasing experience of I just leased and picked up a 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE from Erin Park Toyota dealer this morning. This was my 8th time buying/leasing experience of various models and makers. This was simply the best experience ever and far exceeding my expectations. My wife and I went there a couple of days ago to buy back our leased vehicle, 2012 Highlander. Dane showed us a few options to choose from. I never thought I could get this kind of pricing. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. He gave us all the information and guided us to pick the best option. Never felt any pressure.
